Preparation of Borhani




BORHANI



Ingredients: Curd-1Kg. ,water- 1/2 cup(measuring cup), salt-1 Ts.,sugar-4 Tb.spoon,white pepper             powder-1 Ts.powder-1 Ts. green chilly-4 Nos.,mint leaf(pudina pata) paste-1Ts.


preparation: First of all take the curd in a jag and add water, salt ,sugar, white pepper powder, chopped     green chilly & mint leaf paste then blend it properly. Now set a strain on another jag and pour the above mixer. Fresh Borhani is ready to serve.
