Mango flavoured Ice cream





MANGO FLAVOURED ICE CREAM


Ingredients: Whipped cream - 1/2 cup, mango pulp & juice-1.1/2 cup , egg yolk-4 pieces, sugar 1/2 cup,                       corn flour-2 tsp.,little hot milk- 2 cup, condensed milk-1/2 cup, red color-1 pinch.


Direction: Set a strain on a bowl and pour the Mango pulp & juice on it. Strained mango juice keep aside.

                Now mix the egg yolk,sugar,corn flour & 1/2 cup milk. Blend the mixture then add rest of milk                     and condensed milk then blend again. Set the mixture on gas burner and boil it and stir,when
                milk become thick then get down the pan from burner. Let it cool and keep it in refrigerator.

                After 1/2 an hour put down the mixture from refrigerator,add whipped cream,mango pulp,
                red color and stir properly then keep it in  freezer for 1 or 1.1/2 hour. Again the mixture put                    
                down from  freezer and blend again quickly then pour the mixture each of ice cream dice,then
                keep these dice in the freezer for 7-8 hours. After frozen get down the dice from freezer and
                remove the ice cream to serve.
