Small fish curry(batai fish) |
Ingredients: Small fish (batai)-1/2 Kg.,Potato-100gm., Onion-250gm., green chilly-6 Pcs., Oil-1/4 cup, Salt -1/2 T.spoon, Mint leaf-100gm.
Cooking process: First of all we have to wash small fish properly . Then place the fish in a pan, add chopped potato,chopped onion,sliced green chilly,oil,salt and marinate it now add some water & mint leaf. After this,place the pan on a gas burner and cook for 20-25 minutes. Then small fish curry is ready.
