Ingredients:One cup moida (measuring cup) 2 Tb.spoon oil,1/2 T.spoon salt,3/4th cup water
Cocking Procedure:Oil & salt mixed with Moida in a bowl,add water , then make doe properly. Wait for 10 minutes then doe have to devide into 8 pcs. Now start to make a luchi with wooden Piri & Belan. Put a non-stick fry pan on gas burner,pour some oil and it will take time to hot then give luchi one after another and have to deep fry, color of luchi will be changed lightly not red fry. Then pic it up and put it in the dish . Now luchi is ready to serve.
