How to make Jali Kabob


Jali Kabob

Ingredients: Force meat-1Kg., chopped onion-1/2 Kg.,Ginger paste-2Tb.spoon, Garlic paste-2Tb.spoon, mint leaf-100gm.,6 nos.egg, bread crumb-700 gm.,white vinegar-1/2 cup, green chilly-50gm.

Procedure:Force meat mixed with white vinegar in a ceramic bowl and keep it under cover for 1 or 2 hours. Then ginger paste,garlic paste & two eggs mix with meat perfectly. After this,chopped onion, chopped chilly,chopped mint leaf & some bread crumb mix with above mixer properly then divide the mixer into      40 lot. Each lot of force meat have to take one's hand  and press it with another hand then it will take round shape,now this kabob drop in the egg mixer then drop it in the bread crumb both side, jali kabob is ready to fry. Put a fry pan on the gas burner,pour some oil ,give some time to heat , again kabob  drop into the egg mixer then fry in the hot oil. Jali kabob is ready to serve.
