Fish Fry




FISH FRY


Ingredients: Fish-1 Kg.,onion paste-2 tbs., garlic paste-1tsp.,cumin paste-1 tsp.,red chilly powder
                   -2 tsp., turmeric paste - 1tsp. salt to taste, oil for frying.

Process :  Any kind of fish i,e. Hilsha,Rui,Talapia - 1Kg. Cut and wash the fish then keep aside.
                Mix all above ingredients in a bowl except oil , then pour the fish in the bowl and marinate
                it, now keep the bowl under cover for 1/2 an hour.

                Set a pan on gas burner, pour some oil, let be heated, then start frying the piece of fish. Both
                 side will be fried properly then get down on a serving plate and gurnish with tomato slice,
                 letush pata, slice onion, green chilly and serve it .
