Prawn Cutlet




PRAWN CUTLET
Ingredients: Mince pron-2 cup, ginger paste-1 tsp., chilly paste-1/2 tsp. grated onion-2 tbs.
                  grated garlic- 1 tsp.,chopped green chilly-1 tsp., grated mint leaf-2 tbs.,egg-1 piece,
                  bread crumb-1 cup, flour-2 tbs., salt to taste,  oil for fry.

process : Mince pron and above subject all spices mixed in a bowl then add egg,salt,some bread
               crumb mix all items properly. Divide into 10 part of mixture ,take in hand each ball and
               make it cutlet shape  then set on the bread crumb one after another side.
                       
               Now keep all the cutlet in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours. Get down the cutlet ,set a
               fry pan on gas burner, pour  oil  when oil will be heated then drop the cutlet into oil
               deep fry the each cutlet until golden color. Now cutlet is ready to serve with sauce.
