Fish Korma















Ingredients: Fish-1Kg.,curd-1/2 cup,onion paste-1/2 cup, ginger paste-2 tsp.gurlic paste-1 tsp.,                                     cumin paste-1 tbs. cardamom-4 pieces. salt-2tsp. butter or oil-3/4 cup,green chilly
                   6 pieces.,rose water-2 tbsp. sugar 1 tbsp.

process:  Any kind of fish i,e.Hilsha,Rui,Katol,pangash any one fish 1-kg. cut and wash. Except green
               chilly all spices mixed in a pan then cook some times. Add curd , sugar and pieces of fish
               cook in low heat for  10 minutes then turn the fish carefully , add green chilly,rose water                                 raisin,chopped nut cover the pan and cook again in low heat for 10 minutes. When the
                oil floats remove the pan and serve.
