Chinese brown sous






Brown Souce
A pot of Brown Souce















Ingredients: Butter 1 Tb.spoon,  corn flour 2 Tb.spoon, sugar 1 T.spoon.


Preparation: Set a pan on gas burner add butter, when butter will be heated  mixed  corn flour with butter
and fry gently for a few minutes . Then add sugar, water & corn flour and cook some times until it will become condense. Now Chinese brown souse is ready, it can be served with sandwich,Burger,pron etc.
