How to make Halwa of Booter dal














Ingredients: Boot er dal- 1/2Kg.,  sugar-700gm.,  powder milk-100gm., Ghee- 200gm. some garam mashala .  





Cooking Procedure: First of all cook Boot er Dall with some garam mashala until boiled it perfectly. Now put off garam mashala and blend the dull until smash it. A non-stick pan put on the gas burner,  pour some ghee(butter)+garam mashala & place the smash dull. Now it has to fry until thickness is tight.When the smash dull will be tight & oily then pan has to put off from burner and pour it on a tray, have to take some ghee in the hand & halua has to plain like square shape carefully. Give the time to cool it. When halua will be cool then cut it as borfi(biscuit) shape with knife. Now halua is ready to serve.
