| FRUITS CAKE |
Ingredients: Butter 1/2 cup, sugar-1/2 cup, egg - 4 Nos. flour 1 cup, baking powder-1/2 T.spoon venila1/4 T.spoon, raisin-1/2 cup, fruits jam-1/2 cup.
preparation: except vanilla & fruits jam , all other ingredients mixed in a bowl properly, add venilla. Put some butter in a pan so pan will be oily then pour the batter in the pan , set the Pcs.of fruits jam on it and put it in a pre-heated oven. It has to bake 45 - 60 minutes . Then cake will be ready to serve.
