Brown Korma (mutton)

cinnamon-2pcs.,clove-2 pcs.,cumin paste-1/2 tsp.,coriander paste-1 tsp.,chilly paste-1/2 tsp,
nut paste- 1 tbs.,coconut paste- 1 tbs., curd-1/4 cup, salt to taste.
Cooking process: Meat have to large pieces. Set a pan on gas burner, pour butter,onion ,.garlic&ginger
stir slowly for frying them .Add all other spices and fry for 4-5 minutes in low heat
then add meat , curd, nut paste and cook it until meat is tender.
When the meat will be tendered then add coconut paste, salt and let it to cook on
burner dimly . When oil floated on the curry then put down the pan and curry is ready
to serve.
