Ingredients: Fish-1Kg.,Potato smash-1/2 cup, salt,egg-4 Nos. ,ginger paste-1 T.spoon, garlic paste-1 T.spoon, kabob mashala powder-1T.spoon, bread crumb-1/2Kg. green chilly-4-6Nos.chopped onion -1/4 cup,lemon juice, oil to fry.
Preparation: First of all wash the fish, add 2 table spoon lemon juice & some salt then marinate it for 1/2 an hour. Cooke the fish,boil the potato , now smash potato perfectly,separate fish from bone. Then boneless fish smash potato blend properly, add ginger paste,garlic paste,kabob mashala,salt to taste now mix it and smash, then add chopped onion,chopped green chilly and mix again, then divide the mixer into 15 pcs.It has to take in hand each pcs. and make a shape like finger then drop it in egg mixer & drop it again in bread
crumb then store these fish finger in refrigerator for one hour. After this , fish finger has to deep fry in S.oil. Now Fish Finger is ready to serve.
