Ingredients: Milk 3Kg., flavoured rice100 gm.,sugar 250gm.,garam mashala. raisin ,nut,chery and small amount of ghee,
Cocking Procedure: At first 3 Kg. milk pour in a pan then boil it for half an hour, add rice and some garam mashala and cook it. When the rice is boiled perfectly then add sugar and it has to cook more 10 minutes. After this , it has to blend lightly and add some ghee,raisin,crimed nut. Put down the pan and ti has to give time to cool then pour the Feerni in ceramic bowl and decorate with raisin,crimped nut, chery. Now Feerni is ready to serve.
